Adults Xiao Long Bao Masterclass For Two – Centre Point

This September, our adult masterclass returns in celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, with a new format dedicated entirely to crafting our signature Xiao Long Bao. Guided by our specially trained chefs, you will discover the craftsmanship behind every dumpling and learn each stage of the process, from cutting and rolling the dough to adding the filling and mastering our signature 18 folds.

• One-hour Xiao Long Bao masterclass for two
• Dinner for two with a curated menu, including the sweet Xiao Long Bao you made
