Tea Ceremony & Dinner For Two

Learn all about the art of tea drinking at our intimate tea ceremony.
Hosted by Tea Master Juyan Webster from the Chinese Tea Company, the ceremony is the first of its kind and centres around an appreciation of tea, as well as encouraging a feeling of relaxation.
The hour long session will take guests on a tasting journey of three different teas: Oolong, Puer and our newly launched Golden Honey tea. Learn how to properly brew each of the teas, explore their tasting notes, and discover how tea is similar to wine in its nuances of flavour and texture, which are influenced by an individual tea’s growing process, season and terroir.

After the tea ceremony held in The Gallery, dinner will be served in the East Room to sample some of our signature dishes, as well as Golden Honey tea with dessert. Peruse our tasting menu below.

Tickets are £100 per person sold in pairs, and include both the tea ceremony and dinner.
Numbers per session are limited to ensure an intimate experience.
