Experience the magic of making our iconic Xiao Long Bao, at one of our masterclasses.
Learn all about dumpling making with our specially trained chefs as they guide you through the process of rolling the dough and folding your very own sweet taro-filled Xiao Long Bao.

After an hour long masterclass in our West Room, dinner will be served in the East Room to sample some of our signature dishes, as well as your creation with dessert. Peruse our tasting menu below.

Tickets are £125 per person sold in pairs, and include both the masterclass and dinner.
