We’re thrilled to bring back our Kids Dumpling Masterclass this February at Din Tai Fung Centre Point! Ignite your little chef’s culinary passion with a masterclass tailored for children aged 9-12, perfect for all skill levels. This fun and educational experience offers hands-on learning under the guidance of our professional chefs. Participants will start with basic techniques and progress to crafting our signature Xiao Long Bao, gaining valuable skills along the way.
After crafting their dumplings, the little chefs will enjoy tasting their own creations along with our renowned Xiao Long Bao, culminating in a truly delicious learning experience. Join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure. Limited seats available—don’t miss your chance!

Masterclass Includes:
- Professional guidance from our experienced dumpling chefs.
- 1 hour hands-on experience making three types of dumplings, including wontons with taro filling, vegetable Jiao Zi and our signature 18-fold Xiao Long Bao with red bean filling.
- Followed by a 30-minute tasting session where children can enjoy the dumplings they’ve made, along with a basket of 10 pieces of our Xiao Long Bao.
- Two soft drinks.
- A special goody bag for each child including a certificate of completion, an apron, Bao Bao stickers, and a Bao Bao pin.
